There’s no point in beating around the bush …
Or the Christmas tree, as the case may be.
Holiday shopping is looming on the horizon.
You’re seeing it, too, aren’t you?

They call her the Bulleit Frontier Whiskey Woody-Tailgate Trailer.

And here, we have arrived for my guest spot on Home & Family, hosted by Paige Davis and Mark Steines! Welcome to Universal City.
First, we start out with a little setup.
These pink pillows were featured in the “Imagine a Place” Oct/Nov 2011 issue and are looking to adorn your couch or bedroom at home. For just $45 (each), a little piece of MaryJanesFarm magazine can be all yours. Remember, all of the proceeds (minus shipping) will benefit www.firstbook.org, a non-profit that provides new books to children from low-income families throughout the U.S. and Canada.
The first one waiting for a new home is a 28″ square pillow with a white linen front beautifully embroidered in shades of pink, backed with dusty rose/mauve hand-dyed linen.
Next is the pillow pictured below on top of the couch with the pink cotton gauzy frill around the edge. It measures 18″ x 28″ and has beautiful needlepoint flowers on a tan background on the front and dusty rose/mauve hand-dyed linen on the back, bordered by 5″ of dusty rose/mauve frill.
Check out this quilt from Brigitte Giblin Quilts … truly stunning!
Anything hexagon has always stopped me in my tracks. So much so, I chose the hexagon to frame the design for our Farmgirl Sisterhood Henrietta badge …
