MaryJane will post a photo and a description of a prop and its cost along with a few details as to its condition here: https://shop.maryjanesfarm.org/MaryJanesCurations. It’s a playful way to be the new owner of a little bit of farm herstory.
Is that a limb of an apple tree with red apples hanging down?? Hi Mary Jane! I am back from the whirlwind trip to Norway and Finland. Beautiful countries and lots of quaint fishing villages all along the coastline. Fishing is one of the biggest industries in the country and the only way some people make a living in the remote villages above the Arctic Circle. Norway is very expensive and everything gave me sticker shock big time! So, there was not much shopping which is fine with me anyway as the trip cost enough. The larger cities in the south and Oslo are very cosmopolitan and feel quite western. Busy, Big, Bustling, and ethnically diverse. It was quite a trip but this Farmgirl is very happy to be back home. There is nothing like Home Sweet Home!!
Welcome home! What an adventure–memories you can visit forever (without getting seasick). No, those aren’t red apples but the front lights on Lily (that branch isn’t from a fruit tree). We’re getting a good soaking rain this morning. We needed it. Feels good! As soon as it gets light out, I’m headed OUT!
Even the propane tanks are gorgeous!
