In the Dec/Jan issue of MaryJanesFarm, “Home for the Holidays,” we taught you how to make “magic pillowcases.”
Now, you can win a set of the pillowcases featured in that article, made from my Bee My Honey fabric collection. The body fabric is my “Colony Hum” print, the cuff fabric is the “Honey” pattern in “Gold” color, and the trim fabric is “Multi” in “Grey.” The giveaway includes two standard-size pillowcases and a pretty, pinked-edged poinsettia bow made from another of my collection’s patterns.

We really only use pet names on the phone. He always says “Hey Chick” and I say “Hey Buddy”. Silly, but it’s been that way for 20 plus years.

In the 60’s in ENgland my father used to watch the wrestling and boxing on tv and there was a a wrestler/boxer called Precious McKenzie – and I could not believe that a mother had called her son Precious – I began calling my boyfriend (now husband) Precious – just kidding around you know – but it stuck and I have since then always called him Preshie which is short for Precious.

I have 4 honeys — all German Shepherds — and all loved. Breeze, Hydro, Tessa, and Suzie. By the way, the pillowcases are great. I made 3 yesterday for 3 of my grandchildren.
