We got to see the beautiful golden Aspens a few days ago on the steam train ride in northern NM.. It was like being in a golden room and gorgeous!!
I’ve never forgotten the aspens I first saw in Colorado and then on into NM. As a result, I’ve been cultivating a stand of aspens here. They’re doing fine enough but growth has been slow. I love the sound of aspen leaves in the wind. There’s nothing else like it.
