One mystery to me is why most birds don’t stay in their bird houses all year. Why would that be? It seems like they could stay safer and warmer in a nest when weather is harsh. Instead, most breeds only stay in a birdhouse to raise their babies. Too bad they can’t tell us their reasoning because inquiring minds want to know!
Love the birdhouse! Love all the ones I saw at your farm too! I’ve made a few, but gave them all away. I need to rustle up some vintage/funky supplies and build another one . . . or two!
