Winter flowers have their own special beauty in shades of brown. Hey, Mary Jane, I have been wondering what became of the the darling little store that was in Moscow and got moved back to your farm? Does it have a new purpose? For some reason, I just loved the quaint vintage building with it’s bright paint even though I never saw it in person. It seemed so perfect for a MJF store full of Farmgirl treasures!

Could be the foundation of the cutest little get away cabin. See that big window in front? Could be perfect for a rocking chair inside to sit and look out on!

I once had a biology class requirement to weekly measure the growth of tree buds from Winter to Spring. So quiet but every moving forward, the buds rewarded me with glorious leaves come early April!

Comforting – reminds me of happy days caring for my horse!
Somehow, 57 years later looking at this photo, I am remembering my Grandparents’ outhouse with a great deal of nostalgia. At 5 years old, it was novel and odd, but now at 62 it seems to stand for so much more. I wish there had been curtains just like in yours!
Brings back memories of growing up with one of these . . . we called it “Mrs. Murphy’s”. And, in the winter time . . . BRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!
